Our Children’s Ministry is growing at Virginia Heights Baptist Church. We are so excited to help guide our little ones to know Jesus more. We offer several weekly activities to help foster their discipleship and formation of their faith.

Sunday School (9:45am)
There are three classes available for children, based on their age.

• Babies and Toddlers
• Age 3 – Age 5
• 1st grade – 5th grade

Kid Connection (during Worship)
Preschoolers will come into worship a couple minutes before 11:00am. They will sing one or two songs with the congregation and then participate in a children’s message. Afterwards, they will return to the children’s department for a lesson and snack.

Children in grade school are expected to be in worship.

Mission Friends & Music
Every Wednesday night, children are invited to dinner at 5:45 in the Fellowship Hall. At 6:15 they head upstairs to learn about mission work happening all over the globe. At 6:45 they go to music where they learn fun and uplifting songs that they present in worship every 6 weeks or so. The children’s program finishes at 7:10.
